Fix the Slip.
One slip doesn't erase your progress. SlipFix is the quit app that treats slips as data, not failure — so you keep going instead of giving up.
Craving mode
Ride it out.
Choose you.
Any habit you're done with — from the obvious ones to the quiet ones dragging on your day.
The anti-habit-tracker
Bad outweighs good — one bad habit can quietly cancel out five good ones. So every routine you stack sits on top of the thing still dragging you down. Remove that first, and everything else finally counts.
Grounded in the research: Baumeister et al., 'Bad Is Stronger Than Good' (2001) — negativity bias. Gottman's 5:1 ratio (relationships) as illustration only.
The Why Video
You record your clear-headed self explaining why you're quitting. When a craving hits, you play it back — a gut-check from your clearest self, at the exact moment you're weakest. It's more than a reminder — it's personal motivation from the one who knows you best: you.

Hear it from yourself
YOUR WHY VIDEO · 0:42
On a clear-headed day, film yourself saying why this matters. No script. Just the truth.
The urge shows up — it always does. Instead of white-knuckling it alone, you press play.
Nobody can talk you down like you can. Your own face, your own voice, your own reasons.
No punishment
Most quit apps punish you for slipping — break the streak, reset the counter, back to zero. So one bad day feels like total failure, and people quit the app instead of the habit. SlipFix does the opposite: a slip is just a data point in a downward trend. The trend is what matters, and yours is heading the right way.
A slip is a data point, not a verdict.
What it tracks
Your run of clean days, counted forward — never wielded against you.
Every craving you outlast is a rep. SlipFix counts them all.
Logged, not punished. A data point in a downward trend.
What the habit was costing you, flowing back into your life.
Hours you used to lose, returned to whatever's next.
A private place to notice patterns — triggers, wins, hard days.
Your journey, your pen
Short, medium, long-term — you write them, you check them off.
Who it's for
If streak apps have made you feel like one bad night means starting over, SlipFix is the opposite: a warm, non-judgmental companion that's on your side on the good days and the bad ones.
You've quit on every habit app. This one's built different.
Gym, reading, early starts — one habit still drags it down.
You know your one thing. You just want it gone.
Questions
Yes. Your 'Why Videos', slips, and journal entries never leave your phone — they're stored on your device, not on our servers. We can't see them, and we never sell or share them. The only thing that leaves your device is anonymous usage data (like which screens people open) that helps us improve SlipFix — never tied to your identity.
Yes. SlipFix isn't tied to one substance — weed, nicotine, alcohol, late nights, doomscrolling, overspending, or your own. If it's a habit you're done with, the tools work the same.
Because it's you talking to you. When you record yourself clear-headed, you're laying out exactly what you want and why — no fog, no excuses. Later, when your thoughts get cloudy and the urge is loud, you don't have to fight it alone or take someone else's word for it. You watch your clearest self remind you what you actually want. That's a lot harder to argue with.
You log it and move on. No streak reset, no red screen, no shame. A slip is a data point in a downward trend — SlipFix helps you fix it, not punish you for it.
The habit doesn't get to win because you had one bad day. Start today — slips included.
